  • Validity is limited as mentioned in individual quotations.

1.3 Project Execution

  • Timelines are estimated based on site readiness and payments.
  • Delays due to client approvals, vendors, or external conditions are not our responsibility.
  • Final delivery may vary depending on real-time site conditions.

1.4 Payments

  • Payments must follow agreed milestone schedule.
  • Delay in payment may result in work suspension.
  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless stated in contract.

1.5 Materials & Workmanship

  • Materials are subject to availability and approval.
  • Substitutions require client consent or availability constraints.
  • Minor variations in finish, shade, or texture may occur naturally.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

Vihauss Group is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or force majeure events.

This agreement is governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Hyderabad, Telangana.
